服務內容與學習要點:
In our recent activity we did a radish harvest. During this activity , we discovered the power of teamwork. We realized that working together as a team made everything easier.
In addition to teamwork, we also learned a lot about social skills. Throughout the day, we interacted with a variety of people, including our classmates , events staff , and local vendors. By engaging in conversations with others, we improved our ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team. These interactions helped us develop important social skills that are useful not only in tourism management but also in everyday life.
Furthermore, the experience taught us the importance of dividing tasks effectively. Instead of trying to do everything at once, we divided the tasks based on each person's strengths and interests.
Overall, our radish harvest adventure provided valuable lessons that are directly applicable to the field of tourism management. Whether it's coordinating activities for tourists, interacting with local communities, or organizing events, the skills we developed – teamwork, social skills, and task division – are essential for success in this field.
心得隨寫:
Participating in this activity was incredibly enjoyable, especially with friends. Being surrounded by nature was refreshing, a rare treat for me as a student caught up in daily routines. Engaging in nature-related activities isn't something we often make time for, so it felt like a special occasion, almost like a field trip with friends. Despite only spending four hours there, the experience was rich with learning opportunities. Harvesting radishes was particularly memorable since it was a first for me, and who knows if such a chance will come again. I gained new knowledge about selecting ripe radishes, identifying ready-to-pick ones, and promptly removing leaves. Additionally, tasting raw radish for the first time was intriguing; the flavor transition from sweet to spicy over time was quite surprising and delightful. I was so happy to taste many of the agricultural foods and bring my freshly picked radish home. Overall I am really happy to be involved in this activity. If given a chance in the future I would like to participate once more.Additionally, the knowledge gained from the experience, such as learning about radish harvesting and the important skill I gained , has enriched my understanding of the world around me. I am grateful for the memories created and the lessons learned during this activity,
