In the workplace, it is possible for everyone that you will have the chance to be the employee or employer, and you may take the different roles in the future or right now. As a result, the relationship for you how to treat your colleagues seems important. You begin to learn not only how to interact with person, and but you also know how to use the rules, set by company, organization or government. However, the first essence is that we still need to have the good communication with people to decrease the disagreement. Furthermore, it is not to fight for people with diversity opinions or try to persuade people with different ideas while the point is that we should know how to consider every perspective and decide which one is best for the group. In the working place, it is important to create the happy working environment no matter which roles you take. To have the harmonious interaction and care about people surrounding, it will boost the working efficiency and cooperative mind toward for the same goal. In the group work, some part of group’s priority might be reduced or ignored so that it will lead to dissatisfaction and low down dedication to work. As a result, to be a leader, they should protect the right for everyone to propose their opinions from low level to high level status employees. To respect and emphasize workers, it is one way to help the company decrease human force issues. For example, as the times of economic depression, the company attempts to lay off low- produced workers in order to prevent additional cost. However, they won’t consider whether how long those workers work in the company or worry whether they have money to support their family. As the following, there might make workers have protest and fight for employers without sympathy. However, one side can describe how the difficulty in the company is for workers and help each other overcome problems first. From the other side, workers can ask for the allowance to decrease their lost in the meeting. The back and forth communication and interaction will help the dissatisfaction with each other.
